Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes other things get in the way of our social lives and plans must change. We therefore allow Inspospaces users to cancel bookings subject to the below cancellation policy.
Our cancellation policy is straight forward:
Inspospaces users have the right to cancel a booking on a Inspospaces experience up to 24hours after the booking or 7 days prior to the scheduled time of the Inspospaces experience.
Upon cancellation, Inspospaces will not receive any money for the cancelled booking and the Inspospaces user will receive a full refund on the booking cancelled, net of any commissions and fees paid to Inspospaces (e.g – processing fees).
If a booking is cancelled by a Inspospaces user less than 7 days before the applicable Inspospaces experience, the user shall not be entitled to any return, credit or reimbursement. The booking may however be transferred to another person at no additional cost (e.g. you may find a friend to take your place on the experience and ask them for the money).
Where an external host using an Inspospace as a venue cancels an activity, Inspospaces will not be responsible for any refunds and the user will be directed to the external host, who in turn is responsible for refunding, in full, those who had purchased tickets prior to its cancellation within their own cancellation policy.
Inspospaces reserves the right to charge a host who cancels an event with any costs it incurs in the processing of the cancellation.
